Since opening their restaurant Santorini Café in 2013, Orestis and Ana Marie Stavrou have sought to create a comfortable, family atmosphere in North Austin.  Santorini has delivered on that ambience since day one, and it has more than delivered when it comes to the food! This should come as no surprise, as native Greek Orestis spent years working in restaurants in Greece and Cyprus, while Ana’s father was a restaurateur: it was a match made in culinary heaven!

The familial feeling that the Stavrous have cultivated in Santorini Café has actually become multi-generational since opening, with Orestis and Ana Marie having a daughter and son of their own, and with the arrival of Orestis’ parents from Greece.  Papou Evangelos and Yia Yia Kassiani are also adored by Santorini’s customers for bringing their authentic cooking, and, more importantly, their warmth and caring to the Café every day.

A true family establishment, Santorini Café is known for many Greek dishes including gyros, pasticcio, moussaka, loukoumades, and their Santorini Tzatziki.
