We have been serving all of Austin and surrounding cities since 2014, as Mama Noy’s food truck.  We had many successful years feeding corporate companies, weddings, office lunches, SXSW music events and gigs.  We also partner up with 3rd party vendors to spread our brand and reach more customers.  Finally our hard work paid off and we got approved for an SBA loan to open our brick n mortar in 2019! Sign a 5 year contract lease to a new location starting January and government shutdown happens.  Once the government reopened on Feb. 22nd, we lost $15K off the bat.  We lost 2 months of rent and paid for March.  We hit the ground running to have our soft opening on March 2, 2019! We had our ups and down for the first year, then Covid 19 came along in March 2020! We had to lay off employees and waited out for the next couple months.  Got the PPP, and rehired a couple back for the 8 weeks .  Business didn’t pick up, we had to leave our current location and moved to a shared kitchen.  Right now we are only serving corporate catering and office group lunch.

We are known for or pad-Lao aka pad thai (laos version) , burrito size spring rolls, laotian egg rolls and our 3 amigos ( asian tacos).
