Open for 16 years- Billy is the grandfather of Texas Brew Pubs. He was part of passing the legislation to get the law passed AND opened the first brew pub- Waterloo Brewing Company- in the State of Texas.
Billy also helped open such iconic pubs as Texas Showdown, Crown & Anchor, and Dog & Duck. We are known for our burgers. We are also an official Green Bay Packers Bar.
We love our menu but our top selling burger is the Cobra- the motto is ‘Get Bit’ A third pound patty with grilled jalapeños,bacon,cheddar cheese, & chipotle mayo.
All our burgers come dressed with lettuce,tomatoes,onion,pickle spear and a side of French fries or chips or a mixed green salad.
